Certificates specification

Row format

Each row includes data for one certificate in a machine-readible format.

The file is a plain CSV file using UTF-8 encoding.

Each column of the file is shown below.

Patient name

The name of the patient (matching their identification).

Allowed characters are: A–Z, a–z, 0–9, space, -, ..

This must match the patient's passport/ID name EXACTLY if this certificate will be used for travel documentation.

Patient passport/ID

The patient's passport/ID number (matching their identification).

Allowed characters are: A–Z, 0–9, space, -.

This must match the patient's passpor/IDt number EXACTLY if this certificate will be used for travel documentation.

Procedure type

This is a short code representing the laboratory procedure type.
